Functional Training - Circuit Training Group Fitness Class lead by a ZS Fitness Certified Instructor. 12 person MAX. Classes are held in outdoor training area weather permitting. COLD DOESN'T STOP US! Enrollment begins 1 hr prior to scheduled event start time. Check in with reception desk to claim your spot. Training area is well lit for classes starting in evening hours. Wear appropriate attire. ie. sneakers, hoodie, athletic pants, hat, gloves, exc... Unlimited classes included with membership.

  • Interval stations of various compound movement exercises for time or reps
  • Kettle bells, Heavy Ropes, Plyo Bands, Boxes, Bosu, Jump Rope...

XrossFIT - GROUP or INDIVIDUAL class lead by Certified Trainer or 'Trainers'. 10 person Max. Classes are held in XrossFIT specific outdoor training area. Enrollment begins 1 hr prior to scheduled event start time. Check in with reception desk to claim your spot in the class. Training area is well lit for classes starting in evening hours. Wear appropriate attire. ie. sneakers, hoodie, athletic pants, hat, gloves...
